
Custom Orders Policy – Final Sale
All custom orders are made-to-order specifically for you and are considered final sale.
No refunds will be issued on any custom order for any reason.
Exchanges will only be accepted in cases where we have made a manufacturing error (such as incorrect design, wrong size, or material defect). Any exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
- Shipping delays or late delivery
- Any issues caused by customer-provided information (misspelled text, incorrect dimensions, wrong design files, etc.)
By placing a custom order, you agree that:
- You have carefully reviewed and approved all design details, sizes, and specifications.
- You understand the custom nature of the product and accept that it is non-refundable.
- Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
- All information provided by you is accurate and final.
We take fraud protection seriously. Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or abuse of our exchange policy may result in refusal of future orders and may be reported.
